Joel is an associate with the firm’s real estate department after joining Sugimoto & Company in 2021. He is an internationally trained lawyer having graduated Juris Doctor from Ateneo De Manila University in the Philippines in 2007.

Joel is passionate in advising clients on residential real estate matters including the sale, purchase or refinance of their properties.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Joel is fluent in Tagalog and represents businesses and individuals in the Filipino community.
