There are two major components to our residential real estate practice:
- Builder Group – we represent several of the major home builders in the City of Calgary and surrounding area, in addition to working with custom home builders of with varying size and scale. We handle all of the sales on behalf of the builders, and, in the majority of cases, also look after the home buyer’s purchase and financing. In total, our office processes over 600 new home sales each year.
- Resale Homes – in addition to our ever expanding services in the area of new home sales, we also assist clients with the purchase or sale of established homes. Furthermore, we assist clients with various financing transactions including re-financing and interim (or bridge) financing. Our volume in the existing home market is in excess of 500 homes per annum for Vendor, Purchaser and financing transactions.
